Fixed-Price Repair Option – £400 Max
For Gas, Oil & Heating faults, we now offer a £400 repair option, covering:
🔹 Up to 2 hours of labour
🔹 Any parts needed up to £250 (if in stock or available)
📌 Example: If your repair requires 2 hours of labour (£144) and a part costing £120, the total will be £264—not £400.
This gives you a clear cost ceiling for most repairs, ensuring quick and affordable fixes. If costs go above £400, we’ll notify you first.
Gas Boiler Repair
A professional Gas safe registered engineer will attend your property and endeavor to repair your appliance. The cost for this service is £72.00 per hour inclusive of VAT. We will only charge if we can fix or diagnose the fault and typically quote any works above £200.00. This job has a 1 hour allocation, if you would prefer us to be more likely to fix it on the first visit, you can select the £400.00 option which allows our engineers more autonomy to do what they are best at, whilst giving you peace of mind that there is an upper limit you will pay. You will only pay for the works and parts carried out, it is not a blanket £400.00 service.
Gas Boiler Service
We will carry out a full service on your gas boiler excluding parts. Please send your boiler details and we can advise at the time of booking costs of burner gaskets etc (usually around £20.00, if required). We do not just check the boiler’s readings, we carry out a proper service. A service certificate will be e-mailed on-site subject to data coverage, or as soon as our PDA’s connect to a data source. A ‘Boiler + System service includes replacement seals, a full strip down service and a system chemical flush. Similar to a ‘Major’ service on a vehicle and recommended if it has not been done for a while to help prolong the life of your appliance/system. This is at £325.00 including vat and is much more in-depth than a routine service.

Oil Boiler Repair

Oil Boiler Service
We will carry out a full strip down service on your oil boiler excluding parts (Aside from the nozzle and hose, which we will replace included in the price). A service certificate will be e-mailed on-site subject to data coverage, or as soon as our PDA’s connect to a data source.
